Our Work & God’s Work: Common Grace for the Common Good
December 8th, 7-8:30pm
Bellevue Presbyterian Church

Dr. Steven Garber
Principal of the Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation, and Culture, author of Fabric of Faithfulness and Visions of Vocation.
Is it possible to know the world and still love the world?
Of all the questions we ask about our calling, this is the most difficult. The more we know, the harder it is to love.

But what if the vision of vocation could be recovered–allowing us to step into the world’s wounds and, for love’s sake, take responsibility for the world’s formation?

The lecture will be given at Bellevue Presbyterian Church’s Upper Campus in Room UC-303
