GOALS
Our leadership community is striving to operate on the foundation of the church's vision and values with a set of goals we hope will embody our values and move us forward in our mission in Greenwood and around the world. It has often been demonstrated that the things that receive attention and get measured are most likely to be the things that happen. While it is a little uncomfortable to list numeric goals, it is something we believe we are called to do as a leadership and something for which we must be accountable to God, each other and our entire congregation.
