Staff

Sanctuary’s staff exists to live into Ephesians 4:12, which says that pastoral staffs exist to “equip all of God’s people for works of service.” To that end we are a team that is mobilizing teams to make a difference in our church and our world.

Randy is married to Nancy Rowland and has two children, Rachel and Andy. He is an avid scuba diver, reader, movie-goer and boater. He is also the stadium voice for the NFL Seattle Seahawks.
