The staff of Sanctuary seek “to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12 NLT)
We currently have 2 openings, but as we are in a season of transition (you can read more about our merger conversation here), we are approaching these staffing needs with an open mind and a certain level of flexibility. Perhaps each role will be filled separately. Perhaps there is one person who is a good fit for both roles. Perhaps you bring other gifts to the table that will mesh well with our pastor and other staff, and in prayerful conversation we can figure out the best fit for roles and tasks in a complimentary way.
