Guess what the problem is with the church in Central America.  Young people are not well represented. Like in the USA, new churches and faith communities are arising here to meet the needs of younger leaders full of passions and dreams and a desire to do church differently.  The old styles and categories seem to block the Millennials involvement.
New churches seeking to do Gospel Integrado (the integrated Gospel: Proclamation, community, mission) are popping up in houses, intentional living communities and other organic forms here. Many are operating outside denominational boundaries, but have respectful and loving links to the CRC, Mennonites and other traditional groups.
This seems to parallel the movements in the US where we are seeing new wine and new wineskins in traditional denominational structures.  We are blessing those in the CRC so that Matt Atkins, Sean Hall, Ben Katt and others may flourish.  Even Sanctuary is quite unique from the traditional CRC, but we are being honored and blessed.
To me, this creates an exciting time to be a church plant, a church planter or a church planting church, like Sanctuary!
