Paula Kett called the meeting to order.
Darrell Waddell opened with a prayer.
Paula Kett made a motion to adopt the minutes from the previous congregational meeting (I don’t have the date of when that meeting took place). John Eidson seconded and the motion passed.
Paula explained the budget planning process while the elders passed out the budget narrative handout and the budget cover letter which explained the ministry goals that inspired the budget.
The congregation broke into small groups, led by elders, to discuss the budget and answer any questions the congregation had.
The congregation was brought back together and ballots were passed out to the congregation in order to affirm or not affirm the budget.
Paula closed the meeting in prayer.
The meeting was adjourned.
