There’s a hole in the ground where the old Green Bean (version 3.0) used to be, a warm place to gather and have coffee where the Green Bean is now (version 4.0) and a concrete floor slab where Green Bean (version 5.0) will stand. So, here’s a quick update on what’s happening.

storage and inventory of Green Bean assets and supplies
Letter of Agreement to Rent the new space for 5 years.
Architectural plans submitted and permits underway.
